Setup Custom Domain On Blogger With Godaddy New Changes

There are few very simple and easy steps to change blogger URL with your custom URL. With the below following steps you can change, very recently Godaddy has changed their web look and  feel. Below steps we have updated according to godaddy new changes. Follow each and step and change your blogger custom domain easily.

We hope this information is enough to change your blogger url with your custom url in godaddy.

Step 1 :-

As per below image, after logging to blogger page click on settings button.

Step 2 :-

After redirecting to settings page under Publisher tab there is a Blog address and following below there is another link like " + Setup a 3rd party URL for your blog " click on this link same as showed in below images.


Step 3 :-

Once you press click on 3rd party URL link it will redirect to below screen, on this page mention your custom domain name in blog address box and try to save with below button. It gives you a error message and "Host" and "Destination" information, this information we need to specify in Godaddy.


It gives the error message because it is verifying the domain name in godaddy , once you updated this information  in godaddy next time it will give you successful message.

Step 4 :-

Log in to the godaddy with your godaddy account and follow below scree as per specified navigation.

Click on Manage My Domain link.

Step 5 :-

After that in Manage domain page you can see your all domains information in each specified boxes, select your domain which you wanted to setup with blogger and follow as per below 2 steps as mentioned in the screen shot.



Step 6 :-

The movement you click on Manage domain it redirect to your custom domain page, there you have to click on " Use Classic DNS Manager " link.


Step 7 :-

User classic DNS Manager is the actual page where you need to upload all the details. Carefully upload the details as like below screen shots.

First upload the details of CNAME

Second upload the following IP information

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21

(Note : For adding new host or IP, click on "Quick Add" it will prompt you new row.


Step 8 :-

Once finished everything please click on Save button of you host page. and go to blogger page very you got the error try again to save. in case if it gives the error please log in again and do the same.
